Having attended many weekly commissioner meetings, I am consistently impressed by his commitment to fairness, transparency, and genuine public service. He approaches every issue with an open mind and focuses on what benefits Seneca County citizens.
Commissioner Frankart’s presence in our communities is remarkable. Whether attending local events, meeting residents, or addressing complex county matters, he listens, engages, and follows through. I have witnessed his patience, humility, and sincere desire to help resolve county issues.
