I am writing in support of Bill Frankart for re-election as Seneca County Commissioner. I worked in County government for 44 years, and in that time I had many occasions to work with Bill Frankart–first in his position as a Township Trustee and then as a County Commissioner. I feel Bill sets a standard of excellence and has shown great respect for the citizens of Seneca County. Bill is a problem solver and strives to improve Seneca County. He has the experience, expertise, and the vision to continue to serve the residents of our fine County. I appreciate Bill Frankart’s continued leadership and his contributions as Seneca County Commissioner.
