My story
As a lifelong resident of Seneca county, I am committed to serving the community by providing a rural prospective to the Seneca County Commissioners.
Experience
2022 – Present (1 term)
Seneca County Commissioner
Elected in 2022, worked to improve county health and safety, ensured a healthy annual budget, oversaw the reorganization of the Seneca County Regional Planning Office, and strengthened relationships with other local and state officials.
1921 – Present
Historical Octagon House & Farm Owner/Operator
The Frankart family purchased the property in 2021. Initially, the home was available as a short-term rental, but after renovations to the barn and outdoor spaces, the property is now used as a year-round wedding and event venue.
1989 – Present
Ridge View Farms &
Sand Ridge Real Estate Owner/Operator
Grain farmer of approximately 4000 acres in Seneca County. Oversee all business operations, including budgeting, managing employees, equipment maintenance, and farm planning.
Past Experience
14 year (4 terms) Adams Township Trustee
Represented constituents of Adams Township and listened to concerns. Worked closely with the county engineer on drainage and road projects. Oversaw maintenance of equipment and township buildings. Known for being fiscally responsible and conservative.
