News: Freedom Pavilion at Seneca County Fairgrounds

The ribbon cutting of the new Freedom Pavilion at the Seneca County Fairgrounds was held on September 10, 2026.

Located next to the Kneeskern Building, the pavilion was created as a lasting local commemoration of America 250, recognizing the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the founding of the United States.

The project was made possible through the generosity of the Bill & Janet Frankart Family and the Nathan & Brenda Lucius Family. Their investment has created a new gathering space that will serve fairgoers, families, organizations, and community members for years to come.
