As a former Seneca County Commissioner, I understand how important it is to have Carin and competent men and women serve as commissioners. They impact thousands of lives and manage millions of county dollars every year. Seneca County Commissioner Bill Frankart has done an outstanding job as commissioner, and I support his re-election.
Commissioner Frankart cares deeply for the residents of Seneca County. He works hard and makes decisions that are in the best interest of the county. He has gained a reputation as a leader who is willing to take the time to listen to concerns and then help in any way he can.
Commissioner Frankart is dedicated to the betterment of our county, and his term as commissioner has been defined by strategic leadership. I encourage voters to re-elect Commissioner Frankart.
